Anti-marijuana propaganda film about Jack and Mae, who are marijuana dealers that host parties for their patrons. Mae prefers to sell to adults, whereas Jack has no problem getting teenagers hooked. Enter high school sweethearts Bill and Mary, who have no idea of the nature of the parties, soon become regulars and end up being involved in two tragic events. The lives of those involved, both the guilty and the innocent, are forever altered because of the scourge called marijuana.
